In stock items will ship out within 3-5 business days!*

Please Note: All shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to high volume and your package may not arrive within the quoted time frame. Due to factors beyond Antler Rings' control, shipping costs cannot be refunded once an order is fulfilled.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your Antler Rings order to be fulfilled.  
  • Once your order has shipped, the normal timeline for delivery is 5-8 business days although shipping timelines will vary during the holiday season.
  • Please plan style and/or size exchanges accordingly. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines.

What If My Item Is Out of Stock? 

Oh no! Don’t worry - we’ll restock soon! Or, we’re happy to help assist with finding the perfect alternative for you! If a size is marked as out of stock, please see the items product description to inquire expected timelines.

  

SEASONAL SALES AND FLASH SALES

Items will SELL FAST so we recommend catching the deals when you can! 

Promotional Free Items:

  • Promotional FREE items are FINAL SALE — NO EXCHANGES OR WARRANTY INCLUDED.
  • Promotional items, including freebies, are eligible once your cart meets the specified "required" subtotal, excluding tax and shipping costs. To qualify for promotions, your cart must reach the minimum amount, typically mentioned in the promotion details (e.g., $100). Please ensure your cart total meets this requirement to activate and apply any free promotional items.
  • Purchase must be completed before the stated time the offer ends to be eligible to receive promotional item (e.g., Offer ends at 11:59pm CST, order must be placed by 11:59pm CST for offer to show and apply). 

If you have any questions or concerns about promotions and eligibility, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

  • Ensure eligible promotional item(s) are included in your order before submitting your order for confirmation. If they are not shown, please reach out to our customer support team.
  • Promotional item(s) are not able to be added to orders once the order has been fulfilled and tracking information has been sent. Promotional items are not able to be shipped separately.

If you have an issue with a promotional item not included in your confirmation email, please reach out to our support team ASAP as the item(s) will not be shipped once your order has been fulfilled.

Please Note our Return Policy: There is a $20 Restocking Fee for returns to cover the shipping costs along with the operational costs to restock. Activity Bands MUST be returned in order to qualify for a refund. If not, the cost of the activity band will be deducted from the Total Refund Amount in addition to the $20 Restocking Fee.

 

Promo Codes:

    • After the order is placed, we cannot make any adjustments to the payment.  
    • We do not provide refunds for unused promo codes after the order is completed.  
    • At checkout, only ONE discount code can be applied per order.
    • Exclusions do apply. Please see promotion details for further information. 
    • If a promotion or Flash Sale is not active at the time the order is placed because either it had expired or it became active after the order was finalized, it cannot be applied to your order.  You must checkout before the Flash Sale has expired, in order to successfully proceed with the promotion.

If your item is from our Made to Order Collection these are custom order items and will take some time to arrive. Please see the details below outlining those timeframes.
