First time ordering
This was my first time ordering and I had a great experience. I ordered a necklace for my daughter’s birthday but realized I chose the wrong one. I emailed them right away, and they responded immediately and fixed it so the correct necklace would be sent.

Beautiful
I should have read the description better. It was shorter than I anticipated, that being said, its a fixable issue with an extender chain. The necklace itself, is beautiful, the color gorgeous and I can't wait to wear it. Next up a ring for me - only thing slowing the decision is the daunting selection of beautiful rings.- which one to get.

Amazing products and service
I bought it as a gift for my sister‘s birthday. She wore it out to dinner and the necklace broke without her noticing and half of it went missing. Customer service was very quick and professional. They completely replaced the necklace as soon as it was back in stock and mailed it directly to her due to us being in different states.
