Item(s) Condition: If an item is eligible for a size exchange, it must be unworn, with no visible signs of wear, and with the original boxes included. At the end of the Online Exchange process, the terms and conditions box MUST be checked to continue processing your exchange. Antler Rings has the right to reject your submission if Terms and Conditions box has not be checked.
Important Return Packaging Information: To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please carefully secure your items in the original packaging and box they were received in. Improper packaging can lead to damage during transit, and any items showing signs of wear or damage may be subject to a Signs of Wear fee. We recommend using sufficient padding and securely sealing the box/package to avoid potential issues.
In Stock Signs of Wear Fee: If there are visible signs of wear or damage upon receipt a $25 Signs of Wear Fee will be charged. If that fee has not been paid in advance, we will reach out via email before the exchange is processed.
Lux Signs of Wear Fee: If there are visible signs of wear or damage upon receiving the ring back, a $75 Signs of Wear Fee will be charged due to treating the damaged ring. If that fee has not been paid, we will reach out via email before the exchange is processed. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, your exchange will be canceled and order returned in the condition it was received in.
Exclusions: Last Call items are Final Sale and are non-refundable and ineligible for returns or exchanges. All personalized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of gifts. Last Call collection, ring sizer, promotional items, and free gifts are final sale and not eligible for a size exchange.
Return Shipping: A minimal $7 shipping and handling fee will be charged for exchanges to cover costs.
Second Exchange Timeline Window: 180 days from the original delivery date. Any additional size exchanges after the first size exchange within 180 days from original delivery date will incur a $20 Resizing fee.

For Made to Order rings we always ship a ring sizer prior to starting production on your ring. The ring sizer will help ensure the perfect fit! If you don’t get it perfect and need to resize the ring by a half size up or down, we will exchange the ring complimentary just cover the cost of shipping.

Size Exchanges more than a whole size up or down: If you are exchanging a Made to Order ring for a whole size up or down, or more, a 50% resizing fee (from the total price of the ring) will be required.
14K Gold or Rose Gold Exchange: If you are returning a 14K Gold/Rose Gold ring for an exchange, a $75 fee is required. These rings are custom made - meaning we will have to begin production of an entirely new ring. If you are returning a 14K Gold/Rose Gold ring for an exchange, and this ring shows signs of damage or ware, you will be charged a damage/restocking fee of $125. Timeline: All Made to Order rings take between 3–6 weeks to produce. This includes size/style exchanges. If you are needing your ring expeditiously, simply just let us know and we are happy to assist with this.

- Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date to return through our returns portal.
- Refund or Store Credit Option: You have the option for either a refund or store credit at your discretion when initiating a return within the 30-day window. If requesting a refund, we must receive your items within 30 days (from the date of the requested refund).
- There is a $20 Restocking Fee for returns to cover operational and shipping costs to restock. This amount will be deducted from final refund.

If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount. Free gift rings are not eligible for size exchanges as they are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges do not qualify for additional promotional items that are running at the time of the exchange.
Qualifying orders for promotional items are limited to 1 specified item per order.
If your order arrived incorrect which rarely happens although we are humans, we will replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
