Returns and Exchanges Details

RING SIZE EXCHANGES

Rings are eligible for a size exchange(s) for 180 days from the date of original delivery. There will be a $5 return shipping cost for size exchanges. 

All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of gifts. Last Call collection, ring sizer, promotional items, and free gifts are final sale and not eligible for a size exchange.

If an item is eligible for a size exchange, it must be unworn, with no visible signs of wear, and with the original boxes included. If items are returned for an exchange with visible signs of wear, we reserve the right to charge a $30 damage fee.

 

Additional size exchanges within 180 days from original delivery date will incur a $20 resize fee.

SECOND RING SIZE EXCHANGEs

Return the ring(s) to the address below in a padded envelope with tracking along with a filled-out Antler Rings Return & Exchange Form (linked below). You will have to cover the cost of shipping and Antler Rings is not liable for lost packages. Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable.

30 Day RETURN POLICY

All non-personalized items are eligible for returns 30 days after date of delivery. There is a $20 Shipping and Handling fee for returns to cover the shipping cost along with operational costs to restock.  All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of gifts. Last Call collection, ring sizer, promotional items, and free gifts are final sale. 

 

If an item is eligible for a return, it must be unworn, with no visible signs of wear and with the original boxes included. If items are returned with visible signs of wear, we reserve the right to charge a damage fee.  Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable.  

 

Refunds must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, refunds will be issued in the form of an online gift code. 

HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

Any orders placed between November 11, 2022 and December 8, 2022 are eligible for return until January 6, 2023.  

 

All standard Return Policies apply. 

FREE PROMOTIONAL GIFT POLICY

If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount. Free gift rings are not eligible for size exchanges as they are FINAL SALE. 

ORDER ARRIVED INCORRECT

If your order arrived incorrect as a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. Please Contact Us
