SHIPPING INFORMATION

A large majority of our rings are In-Stock and ready to ship! If the ring and size you are interested in is noted as out of stock on the product page, obviously it will not be ready to ship, but the product page often has a general timeline when we expect to have these ready to ship.

If you choose a ring that is from our Made-To-Order collection, those typically take 4-6 weeks.

Here at AntlerRings.com, we've got your back. To give our customers the best possible delivery experience, we're excited to have partnered with Route (Green), the leader of package protection and tracking solutions.

With Route (Green) package protection, you can visually track all of your online orders in one place! Plus, if an unfortunate case arises, you will be covered in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

FAQ ANSWER

Our standard FREE shipping option typically takes 3-8 business days (Monday - Friday) to arrive at most domestic locations. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during holiday/peak season.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  AntlerRings.com is not responsible for any delays in transit times. 

Expedited Timelines of In-Stock Products:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • UPS Next Day: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday)

**Orders placed after 4:30pm CST on weekdays will not be shipped until the next business day.  Orders placed after 12 pm CST on Saturday, will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Made-to-order rings will be shipped in the same time frames once those rings are completed. 

 

International: 

  • USPS First Class: 15-21 business days (Monday - Friday)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 7-15 business days (Monday - Friday)

**The timeline is not guaranteed by USPS and there may be unforeseen delays, especially during the holiday/peak season. 

Please Note: There is a mandatory inspection through US Fish & Wildlife when shipping on all orders that include antler products. Please allow extra time for your order to be inspected and then proceed with your desired shipping method.

    We ship all orders from our office in Austin, Texas!

    All In-Stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days from when it is placed. Any USPS Priority or UPS orders placed before 3pm CST will ship the same day!

    Please note: we do not ship any orders on Sundays or Federal holidays.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

    All orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days of their ship date, but can arrive sooner with our express options. Check out our shipping page here for more details.

    • We are very sorry to hear this! Shipping carriers may experience delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not received any tracking updates after 3 business days, please reach out to support@antlerrings.com so we can look further into this for you. 
    • Expedited shipping is not refunded if the order is not received within the estimated delivery date or due to unforeseen delays.

    In the chance that your package has not been received after a delivery confirmation is sent, please reach out to us at support@antlerrings.com within a 72-hour window so we can start a proper investigation into its whereabouts.
