LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE DETAILS
We offer a Lifetime Diamond Manufacturing Warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. Your ring is protected from any manufacturing defects from the moment it arrives.
What Our Warranty Covers:
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship from the manufacturing process
- Issues with prongs causing the stone to loosen due to faulty manufacturing
What is Not Covered:
- General wear and tear, such as minor scratches or daily use damage
- Loss of the center stone, product loss, or theft
- Fading or discoloration of metals from improper care (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals, pools, or perfumes)
- Prong damage from trauma or misuse
- Third-party repairs or services void the warranty
- Sizing due to fluctuations in weight
Should you have an issue with your Antler Rings Diamond ring due to manufacturing simply email our Customer Experience team at: support@antlerrings.com
We will then send you the information about returning your ring to Antler Rings in order to be inspected to determine if damage is covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. If the damage is covered, we will complete the work and ship it back to you. If the damage is not covered, we will send you an invoice for you to approve prior to the repair being done. Once payment is received, we will then complete the work and ship the ring back to you using our standard Diamond Shipping requiring a signature. If the customer opts not to proceed with repairs, we will return the ring as received.
Shipping & Handling:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending a ring for warranty service or repairs. Once repaired we will cover the cost of shipping the fixed ring back to the customer. All diamond shipping methods do require an adult signature.
Warranty and Exchange Procedure Note:
- Our Diamond expert will carefully evaluate every return.
- Stone Testing and Inspection: Whenever a ring is returned, we will inspect and test the lab-grown diamond to verify its authenticity and match its serial number with our records. If discrepancies are found, the warranty may be voided, and we will ship the ring back to the customer.
Ring Resizing
Once an order is placed, we send a ring sizer to confirm the ring size before we ship out the ring. If the ring just doesn't quite fit, we do offer one ring size exchange within 30 days of delivery, a $20.00 shipping and handling fee for U.S. orders will be applied to cover shipping and insurance costs. The ring must be in unworn condition to be accepted for a size exchange. Please note that ring size exchanges do take up to two weeks or more if we are out of stock. You will receive a new mount since the antler inlay cannot be resized although the diamond will be the same.
Returns and Restocking Fee
We know you will love your ring although if for whatever reason you don’t, you can return your ring through our return portal within 30-days of delivery. The ring must be in unworn condition to be accepted for return. Scratches or signs of wear will void the return. If a ring is returned for a refund, a restocking and shipping fee of ($100) will be applied to the order. Customers must return all items, including the actual diamond sold which will be checked before a return is approved, certificate of authenticity, the custom Antler Rings ring box, and the ring care pack. Missing items may result in additional fees or denial of the return.

As with any diamond jewelry we recommend that you insure your jewelry for loss, theft or damage to your center stone. Antler Rings is not responsible for this, we provide these recommendations for our customers to make it easy for them to handle the process with their personal insurance company.
