LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE DETAILS
We offer a Lifetime Warranty covering any inherent flaws in materials or artisanal work for the original purchaser of our Platinum Antler Inlay Diamond Collection rings. This protection is active from the moment your handcrafted ring arrives.

- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Stone security issues caused by craftsmanship errors
- Structural integrity of the ring setting
What's Not Covered:
- Loss, theft, or disappearance of the ring or center stone
- Damage from misuse, impact, or improper care

- Repairs or resizing completed by a third-party jeweler (voids warranty)
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our jewelers to determine the cause of damage and eligibility for coverage. Any repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by a third-party jeweler will void this warranty. We strongly recommend insuring your ring through a third-party provider to protect against loss, theft, or accidental damage.

To help ensure the best fit possible, we provide a complimentary ring sizer before production begins. This step helps us create your ring to your confirmed specifications.
Returns Policies
At Antler Rings, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely pleased with your purchase, we offer simple return and exchange options for your peace of mind.
30-Day Return Policy
If you decide the item is not what you expected or no longer want to keep it, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:
- Eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery date
- The ring must be in original, unworn condition, with no signs of wear, resizing, or alteration.
- $100 restocking fee applies deducted from final refund
Return Requirements
To qualify, you must include:
- IGI Diamonds Certification card(s)
- Original ring box (Antler Rings Lux LED box)
- All original packaging
Missing items may result in additional fees or denial of the return.
Ring Size Exchange Policy – Platinum Antler Inlay Rings
To ensure the best possible fit, each Platinum Antler Inlay ring includes a complimentary ring sizer prior to production. Because these rings feature a genuine antler inlay, they cannot be traditionally resized.
Instead, all size adjustments are completed through a full remount process, where your original diamond is carefully reset into a brand-new ring built to your updated size.
How the Size Exchange Process Works
If a size adjustment is needed, your ring will be returned to our studio where our team will:
- Carefully remove and preserve your original diamond
- Create a new platinum setting in your updated size
- Reset your diamond into the new handcrafted mount
- Perform a full quality inspection before shipment
Size Exchange Terms
- Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Rings must be returned in original, unworn condition
- A $500 Size Exchange Fee applies to cover the remount process
- If signs of wear are present, a $175 Sign of Wear Fee will apply
- Your original diamond will be set into a brand-new ring in your updated size
- Customers are responsible for shipping the ring back to Antler Rings
- Antler Rings is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit to our facility

- If materials and production capacity allow, exchanges may be completed sooner

Step 3: Inspection & Evaluation
Once your ring is received, it will be carefully inspected by our diamond specialists to determine warranty eligibility.
If Your Repair Is Covered
If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, your ring will be repaired at no cost, including return shipping back to you.
If Your Repair Is Not Covered
If the damage falls outside of warranty coverage, we will provide a repair quote for your approval before proceeding.
- If approved, we will complete the repair once payment is received
- If declined, your ring will be returned to you as-is
Authenticity & Verification
As part of our quality and security process, all returned diamond rings undergo verification to confirm the diamond’s laser-inscribed serial number and ring size matches our records.
If a discrepancy is identified, the warranty will be void and the ring will be returned.

How to Clean Your Ring at Home
To keep your ring looking its best, we recommend gentle cleaning once a week. Because your ring features a natural antler inlay, do not soak your ring in water or any cleaning materials. Prolonged exposure to moisture could affect the integrity of the inlay over time.
Step 1: Gently brush
Lightly dampen a soft cloth or use a slightly damp, ultra-soft toothbrush with a small amount of mild soap. Gently clean around the stone and metal areas, avoiding excessive moisture on the antler inlay.

If the IGI card is lost or stolen and you need to order a replacement, a duplicate report can be requested directly through IGI at: https://www.igi.org/services/what-we-do/duplicate-updated-report/.
We recommend using the “Verify Report” section on IGI’s website before requesting the new report: https://www.igi.org/verify-your-report/ . This will help ensure that the IGI number entered on the “Duplicate / Report Updates” window is correct.
