Our Luxury Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty protects your purchase from manufacturing defects and is designed to offer peace of mind, from "I Like You" to "I Do" and every moment in between.
LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE DETAILS
We offer a Luxury Lifetime Diamond Manufacturing Warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. Your ring is protected from any manufacturing defects from the moment it arrives.
What Our Luxury Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Prong issues caused by manufacturing errors that may cause the diamond to loosen
Please note: This warranty does not cover loss of the center stone, damage from misuse, or general wear and tear.
What is Not Covered:
- Loss of diamond or entire ring
- Damage due to misuse, impact, or trauma
- Fading or discoloration from exposure to chemicals, pools, perfumes, etc.
- Third-party repairs or alterations (these void the warranty)
- Size changes related to weight fluctuations
- Signs of wear or damage from regular daily use

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-Day Return or Exchange Period from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The ring must be in new and unworn condition
- You must return the Certificate of Authenticity that was shipped with your ring
- The original Antler Rings box and ring care pack must also be included
If these conditions are not met, your return may be denied or subject to additional fees.
Returns: Returns will incur a $100 restocking and shipping fee. All items are inspected upon return.
Ring Size Exchange Policy
Each Diamond Engagement Ring includes a complimentary ring sizer to confirm your size before we ship your ring. Due to the antler inlay, these rings cannot be resized. Size exchanges involve remounting your existing diamond into a new setting.
Size Exchange Terms:
- Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Rings must be in unworn condition
- A $500 Size Exchange Fee applies
- If signs of wear are found, a $175 Sign of Wear Fee will be charged
- Customers will receive the same diamond in a brand-new mount
- Customer is responsible for shipping the ring back to Antler Rings
- Antler Rings is not liable for packages lost in transit
- Please allow up to 12 weeks for the new size if we are out of stock
- A second size exchange, if needed, follows the same process and must be requested within the same 30-day period
Warranty Repair Procedure:
If you believe your ring has a manufacturing defect:
1. Email our Customer Experience team at support@antlerrings.com
2. We will provide instructions for returning your ring for inspection
3. Once received, our diamond specialist will inspect the ring to determine warranty eligibility
- If covered: The repair is completed at no cost and shipped back to you (shipping included)
- If not covered: You will receive a quote for repair costs. If you approve and submit payment, we will proceed with the repair. If not, the ring will be returned as-is.
Important: Any returned diamond ring will undergo testing to confirm its authenticity and ensure the serial number matches our records. If there is a discrepancy, the warranty will be void, and the ring will be returned.
Shipping for Warranty & Repairs
- Customers are responsible for shipping the ring to Antler Rings
- All return shipments of repaired rings will be sent using signature-required shipping
- Antler Rings is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping to our facility

We highly recommend insuring your diamond ring through your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy. Antler Rings does not provide insurance for lost or stolen items, and insurance coverage offers additional protection beyond what our warranty provides.
