Promotional free items are not covered under warranty. These products are Final Sale: not eligible for size exchanges, returns for cash value, or warranty coverage.

• If the item is listed on your order confirmation: feel free to reach out to our support team at support@antlerrings.com and we’d be happy to get this resolved for you.  
• If it is not on your order confirmation: it is possible that either the item was not added to your cart prior to checkout or the order did not meet the minimum price threshold to qualify for the free gift promotion. We are unable to ship any free promotional items after your order has been processed and left our headquarters. 

Our free gift promotions are subject to qualifying conditions. If your order is returned and it no longer meets those requirements, a portion of your refund may be withheld for the cost of the promotional item if not returned.
