I forgot to apply my discount what should I do?
Of course! If you forgot to apply a discount to your order, feel free to reach out to our support team within a 24-hour window so that it can be applied. You may respond to your order confirmation email or reach us at support@antlerrings.com with the discount code you would like applied to the order.
Can I use multiple discounts on one order?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
I did not receive a free promotional gift with my order, what can I do?
- Please double check your order confirmation to ensure the item is listed on the order.
- If the item is listed on your order confirmation: feel free to reach out to our support team at support@antlerrings.com and we’d be happy to get this resolved for you.
- If it is not on your order confirmation: it is possible that either the item was not added to your cart prior to checkout or the order did not meet the minimum price threshold to qualify for the free gift promotion. We are unable to ship any free promotional items after your order has been processed and left our headquarters.
I received a free gift but plan on returning my order for a refund can I keep the free gift?
Our free gift promotions are subject to qualifying conditions. If your order is returned and it no longer meets those requirements, a portion of your refund may be withheld for the cost of the promotional item if not returned. We ask that all items, including the free gift, are returned to receive the qualifying amount for your refund.
Exchanges do not qualify for additional promotional items that are running at the time of the exchange.
