Item(s) Condition: If an item is eligible for a size exchange, it must be unworn, with no visible signs of wear, and with the original boxes included along with the GRA Certificate. At the end of the Online Exchange process, the terms and conditions box MUST be checked to continue processing your exchange. Antler Rings has the right to reject your submission if Terms and Conditions box has not be checked.

Important Return Packaging Information: To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please carefully secure your items in the original packaging, include the GRA Certificate and box they were received in. Improper packaging can lead to damage during transit, and any items showing signs of wear or damage may be subject to a Signs of Wear fee. We recommend using sufficient padding and securely sealing the box/package to avoid potential issues.

Lux Signs of Wear Fee: If there are visible signs of wear or damage upon receiving the ring back, a $75 Signs of Wear Fee will be charged due to treating the damaged ring. If that fee has not been paid, we will reach out via email before the exchange is processed. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, your exchange will be canceled and order returned in the condition it was received in.

GRA Certificate: We can not process your exchange until the GRA Certificate is sent back.

Exclusions: Last Call items are Final Sale and are non-refundable and ineligible for returns or exchanges. All personalized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of gifts. Last Call collection, ring sizer, promotional items, and free gifts are final sale and not eligible for a size exchange. 

Return Shipping: A minimal $7 shipping and handling fee will be charged for exchanges to cover costs.  

Engraved Rings are NOT Eligible for a ring size exchange due to the customization, they are final sale.

When returning your items for an exchange, please make sure they are packaged securely in the original box and packaging. Returns that are not properly packaged may arrive with signs of wear or damage, which can result in a Signs of Wear fee. Properly securing your return helps us ensure the item is received in its original condition and can be processed quickly.

If you ordered a Moissanite or Diamond ring you must also return your GRA Certificate or IGA Certificate and the Luxury ring box. We will not be able to process your return or exchange if those are not provided in the returned package.

Yes, you can exchange any new or unworn (non personalized) ring up to 180 days from your original order’s delivery date on all qualifying orders. This includes any style changes or store credit as well. Feel free to visit our Returns & Exchange page here to get that process started.

Once a ring has been engraved it is Final Sale. No returns, size exchanges, or refunds are eligible.

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process the exchange.

Once the exchange is processed, you will receive a new order confirmation with tracking information with an estimated transit timeline of 3-5 business days with standard shipping.

Once your original order has been delivered, you have 180 days from the delivery date to send the non personalized items you wish to exchange back to us. The return package must have a postmark date within the 180-day window in order to be approved by our returns department. This window does not reset after an exchange submission.

We do not cover the amount of the return label, but at the end of the online portal exchange process, a label can be purchased for the return package.
