My Order

After an order has been placed, you should receive an order confirmation to the email address entered at checkout. All orders are processed and shipping out within 2-3 business days from the date it was placed.

Any USPS Priority or UPS orders placed before 3pm CST (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day, except on federal holidays!

Yes, once your order has shipped from our office, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to your email address provided at checkout.

We cannot guarantee cancellations or adjustments to orders after it’s been placed, but we ask that you respond to your order confirmation email or reach out to our support team at support@antlerrings.com or (737) 209-0452 with your request as quickly as possible to make the adjustment before it’s shipped!

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order after it has been shipped. However, once you receive your order, you can always send it back for an exchange or a refund by following our instructions here.

Please allow mail carriers up to 48 hours to reflect updated tracking information after it has shipped. If your tracking information stops receiving updates, the mail carriers may be experiencing delays that are outside of our control. This means that further updates may take a little longer to reflect.

  • If your order has not shipped yet, please reach out to our support team at support@antlerrings.com ASAP to have this updated!  
  • For orders shipped through USPS: shipping addresses cannot be adjusted after it has shipped. We recommend reaching out to your local Post Office for further assistance.  
  • For orders shipped through UPS: please reach out to UPS as they offer a package intercept service.
