When returning your items, please make sure they are packaged securely in the original box and packaging. Returns that are not properly packaged may arrive with signs of wear or damage, which can result in a Signs of Wear fee. Properly securing your return helps us ensure the item is received in its original condition and can be processed quickly.

  • Yes, you may send any non-personalized new or unworn item/s back for a refund up to 30 days from your original order’s delivery date. Feel free to visit our Returns & Exchange page here to get that process started. 
  • There is a $20 Restocking Fee for returns to cover operational and shipping costs to restock. If there are Signs of Wear, an additional fee for damage may apply. This amount will be deducted from final refund. 
  • Please note: Personalized items, Last Call Collection, ring sizer, and promotional items are Final Sale and not refundable. 

Once your return package has been received, we ask that you allow our returns department 3-5 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email.

Once processed, it will take your bank roughly 3-5 business days to display the funds in your account. Please note: Shop Pay refunds may take up to two weeks to receive back to your bank account.

You have 30 days from the original order delivery date to send your item back for a refund. The return package must contain a return label date within the 30-day window to qualify for a refund.

This window does not reset in the event of an exchange submission.

We do not cover the amount of the return label, but at the end of the online portal return process, a label can be purchased for the return package.
