Where do orders ship from?
We ship all orders from our office in Austin, Texas!
How long do orders take to ship out?
All In-Stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days from when it is placed. Any USPS Priority or UPS orders placed before 3pm CST will ship the same day!
Please note: we do not ship any orders on Sundays or Federal holidays.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
Once my order ships how long will it take to receive it?
All orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days of their ship date, but can arrive sooner with our express options. Check out our shipping page here for more details.
My shipment is delayed, what should I do?
- We are very sorry to hear this! Shipping carriers may experience delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not received any tracking updates after 3 business days, please reach out to support@antlerrings.com so we can look further into this for you.
- Expedited shipping is not refunded if the order is not received within the estimated delivery date or due to unforeseen delays.
I received an email that my package was delivered but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?
In the chance that your package has not been received after a delivery confirmation is sent, please reach out to us at support@antlerrings.com within a 72-hour window so we can start a proper investigation into its whereabouts.
