Shipping, Returns and Warranties


We ship all orders from our office in Austin, Texas!

All In-Stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days from when it is placed. Any USPS Priority or UPS orders placed before 3pm CST will ship the same day!

Please note: we do not ship any orders on Sundays or Federal holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

All orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days of their ship date, but can arrive sooner with our express options. Check out our shipping page here for more details.

  • We are very sorry to hear this! Shipping carriers may experience delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not received any tracking updates after 3 business days, please reach out to so we can look further into this for you. 
  • Expedited shipping is not refunded if the order is not received within the estimated delivery date or due to unforeseen delays.

In the chance that your package has not been received after a delivery confirmation is sent, please reach out to us at within a 72-hour window so we can start a proper investigation into its whereabouts.
