Quick Returns & Exchanges Info

Items purchased on or after November 1 may be returned through January 5, 2025, or within 30 days of purchase — whichever is later. All items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom, engraved, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned.
If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount. Free gift rings are not eligible for size exchanges as they are FINAL SALE.

Once your return package has been received, we ask that you allow our returns department 3-5 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email.
Once processed, it will take your bank roughly 3-5 business days to display the funds in your account. Please note: Shop Pay refunds may take up to two weeks to receive back to your bank account.
Refunds must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, refunds will be issued in the form of an online gift code.

In-Stock items will ship out within 3-5 business days! Once your order has shipped, the normal timeline for delivery is 5-8 business days although shipping timelines may vary.
