Holiday Shipping Timeline
In stock items will ship out within 3-5 business days!
*Shipping Disclaimer: Antler Rings cannot guarantee shipping and has no control over shipping delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your Antler Rings order to be fulfilled.
- Once your order has shipped, the normal timeline for delivery is 5-8 business days although shipping timelines will vary during the holiday season.
- Please plan style and/or size exchanges accordingly. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines.

Holiday Extended Return period
All orders placed between 11/1-12/8, are eligible for a return until January 5th, 2024.
There is a $20 Shipping and Handling fee for returns to cover the shipping cost along with operational costs to restock. All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of gifts. Last Call collection, ring sizer, promotional items, and free gifts are final sale.
If an item is eligible for a return, it must be unworn, with no visible signs of wear and with the original boxes included. If items are returned with visible signs of wear, we reserve the right to charge a damage fee. Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable.
Refunds must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, refunds will be issued in the form of an online gift code.
Made to order Rings Timeline
If your item is from our Made to Order Collection these are custom order items and will take some time to arrive. Please see the details below outlining those timeframes.

- 14K Gold Rings
MADE TO ORDER Size exchange
If you are returning a Made to Order ring, all Made to Order rings needing to be resized a whole size up or a whole size down or more, will require a 50% resizing fee (from the total price of the ring).
- DO NOT Worry - to help prevent this, we always ship a ring sizer prior to getting your ring started in production to give you a better feel for what will be most comfortable. If you are needing to resize the ring by a half size, we will replace the ring free of charge.
- All Made to Order rings take between 3–5 week lead times. This includes size/style exchanges. If you are needing your ring expeditiously, simply just let us know and we are happy to assist with this.
14K Gold or Rose Gold Ring Exchange
- If you are returning a 14K Gold/Rose Gold ring for an exchange, required is a $375 resizing fee. These rings are custom made - meaning we will have an entirely new ring begin production for the newly sized ring
- If you are returning a 14K Gold/Rose Gold ring for an exchange, and this ring shows signs of being worn or any damages, you will be charged a damage/restocking fee of $125. For more information, please refer to our Custom Fees Page.

- If a promotion or Flash Sale is not active at the time the order is placed because either it had expired or it became active after the order was finalized, it cannot be applied to your order. You must checkout before the Flash Sale has expired, in order to successfully proceed with the promotion.
FREE PROMOTIONAL GIFT POLICY
If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount. Free gift rings are not eligible for size exchanges as they are FINAL SALE.
