What is the status of my order?
In-Stock items will ship out within 3-5 business days! Once your order has shipped, the normal timeline for delivery is 5-8 business days although shipping timelines will vary during the holiday season.

Can I order an Engraved ring in time for Christmas?
Order your Engraved Ring by December 13th to receive it in time for Christmas! Any engraved ring order placed after December 13th will arrive after Christmas.

Free Promotional Gift Conditions
Promotional FREE items are FINAL SALE — NO SIZE EXCHANGES OR WARRANTY INCLUDED. Exclusions do apply. See promotion disclaimer for further information.
If a promotion or Flash Sale is not active at the time the order is placed because either it had expired or it became active after the order was finalized, it cannot be applied to your order. Checkout before the Flash Sale has expired, in order to successfully proceed with the promotion.
Do I return my Free Gift(s)?
If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned.
If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount. Free gift rings are not eligible for size exchanges as they are FINAL SALE.
Holiday Extended Return Period
Is my Order Eligible for the Extended Return Period?
All orders placed between 11/1-12/7, are eligible for a return until January 6th, 2025.
There is a $20 Shipping and Handling fee for returns to cover the shipping cost along with operational costs to restock. Final Sale Items: Customized products, Last Call Collection, Ring Sizer, promotional items, and free gifts.
If returning order, Free Gifts must be included in return package. *See more information on tab "Do I return my Free Gift(s)?"
If an item is eligible for a return, it must be unworn, with no visible signs of wear and with the original boxes included. If items are returned with visible signs of wear, we reserve the right to charge a damage fee. Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable.
When returning your items, please make sure they are packaged securely in the original box and packaging. Returns that are not properly packaged may arrive with signs of wear or damage, which can result in a Signs of Wear fee. Properly securing your return helps us ensure the item is received in its original condition and can be processed quickly.
Can I exchange my Engraved ring?
Engraved Rings: Are NOT Eligible for a ring size exchange. Due to the customization those are final sale.
How long will it take before I receive my refund?
Once your return package has been received, we ask that you allow our returns department 3-5 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email.
Once processed, it will take your bank roughly 3-5 business days to display the funds in your account. Please note: Shop Pay refunds may take up to two weeks to receive back to your bank account.
Refunds must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, refunds will be issued in the form of an online gift code.
Do I Return My Free Gift(s)?
