Exclusions: The Lifetime Warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain, scratches or damage incurred due to abuse or normal wear and tear, abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, negligence, use contrary to care instructions, or loss of the ring. Alternative metal rings are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Gold or color plating will wear over time but will wear faster if exposed to harsh chemicals including hand sanitizer.  

Lifetime Warranty Shipping: You will be charged a $7.00 Shipping Fee to cover the costs. 

Design Replacement Assurance: If your original design is out of production, choose an item of equal or lesser value as a replacement. No refunds for less expensive designs. Replacement items for Antler Rings are not covered under a warranty.

Note: Final Sale items and freebie/promotional items are not eligible for warranty coverage. If you purchased prior to 11/1/2023 and your warranty has expired reach out to our Customer Service team for your coverage options with a new ring.
