All our In-Stock rings excluding Men’s Metal Wedding rings and Women’s Engagement rings are eligible for our Limited Warranty covering them for One Year. 

• Product Coverage: All in-stock Women's Stacking rings, Women's Western Fashion style rings, and Men's Wood Base Wedding rings are covered under our Limited Warranty covering them for One Year against all manufacturing defects.  

• Replacement Ring After 90 Days: Within 90 days of delivery, replacement rings are sent with the accompanying of photo damages to be sent and customer covers shipping.

• No Hassle Warranty Process: Enjoy a seamless process. Simply snap a photo, and our dedicated customer service team will handle the rest.

 Exclusions: The Limited Warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain, scratches or damage incurred due to abuse or normal wear and tear, abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, negligence, use contrary to care instructions, or loss of the ring. Alternative metal rings are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Gold or color plating will wear over time but will wear faster if exposed to harsh chemicals including hand sanitizer.   

Limited Warranty Shipping: You will be charged a $7.00 Shipping Fee 

Design Replacement Assurance: If your original design is out of production, choose an item of equal or lesser value as a replacement. No refunds for less expensive designs. Replacement items for Antler Rings are not covered under a warranty.
