Having your diamond set by Antler Rings is optional. Loose lab-grown diamonds purchased without our setting service are eligible for our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, provided they are returned in their original, unaltered condition with all original certification and documentation and meet our applicable return requirements.

Once a diamond has been set, altered, damaged, or modified by a third party, it is no longer eligible for return or coverage under the Antler Rings Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.

Antler Rings Setting + Lifetime Warranty

When a loose lab-grown diamond purchased from Antler Rings is professionally set by our team, the completed ring is protected by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
• Structural or stone-security issues resulting from our craftsmanship
• Other qualifying craftsmanship defects determined by Antler Rings upon inspection

What’s Not Covered

• Loss or theft of the ring or diamond
• Accidental damage, misuse, impact, or improper care
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Damage to the diamond resulting from wear, impact, or accident
• Repairs, resizing, setting, or alterations performed by a third-party jeweler
• Damage resulting from improper maintenance or care

The Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Antler Rings reserves the right to inspect any item submitted for warranty service and determine warranty eligibility.

30-Day Return Policy 

• Eligible within 30 days of delivery  
• Is returned in its original condition
• Has not been damaged, chipped, scratched, altered, engraved, or modified
• Has not been permanently mounted or set into jewelry
• Meets all other applicable Antler Rings return requirements
• Restocking fee + shipping applies 

To qualify, you must include: 

• IGI Diamonds Certification card(s) 
• All original packaging  

Missing items may result in additional fees or denial of the return. 

Your loose diamond will be shipped to you FREE via UPS Next Day Air with a required signature, providing an added layer of protection and ensuring secure delivery.

All Diamonds purchased from Antler Rings come with a Certified International Gemological Institute (IGI) Card adding an extra layer of security for you purchase.

If your IGI card is lost or stolen and you need to order a replacement, a duplicate report can be requested directly through IGI here.

We recommend using the “Verify Report” section on IGI’s website before requesting the new report here . This will help ensure that the IGI number entered on the “Duplicate / Report Updates” window is correct. 

If unsure about the Report Number, contact us and we can help retrieve that information, or bring the ring to a jeweler to obtain the serial number from the stone.
