Products Coverage: Our Luxury Lifetime warranty covers the craftsmanship of the ring under normal wear. This includes stability of settings and metal finishes. Any issues within the first 90 days will be repaired or replaced at no charge, except shipping and handling.

No Hassle Luxury Lifetime Warranty Process: Enjoy a seamless process. Simply snap a photo, and our dedicated customer service team will handle the rest.

One-Time Replacement: The Luxury Lifetime Warranty covers only one replacement for the Moissanite engagement ring. If a new ring is required due to any issues with the original ring, a replacement is provided once. Any subsequent replacements will need to be purchased at 30% of the total price of the ring, plus applicable taxes and shipping.

SIZE EXCHANGE INFORMATION

We make it easy to get your right ring size with size exchanges.

Exchange Timeline Window: 180 days from the original delivery date

Item(s) Condition: If an item is eligible for a size exchange, it must be unworn, with no visible signs of wear, and with the original boxes included along with the GRA Certificate. At the end of the Online Exchange process, the terms and conditions box MUST be checked to continue processing your exchange. Antler Rings has the right to reject your submission if Terms and Conditions box has not be checked.

Important Return Packaging Information: To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please carefully secure your items in the original packaging, include the GRA Certificate and box they were received in. Improper packaging can lead to damage during transit, and any items showing signs of wear or damage may be subject to a Signs of Wear fee. We recommend using sufficient padding and securely sealing the box/package to avoid potential issues.

Lux Signs of Wear Fee: If there are visible signs of wear or damage upon receiving the ring back, a $75 Signs of Wear Fee will be charged due to treating the damaged ring. If that fee has not been paid, we will reach out via email before the exchange is processed. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, your exchange will be canceled and order returned in the condition it was received in.

GRA Certificate: We can not process your exchange until the GRA Certificate is sent back.

Shipping Info

Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days, as long as we have the size in stock. During peak seasons or sales, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.*

Once your item has shipped, estimated delivery times are between 5-8 business days. We also offer expedited shipping at checkout.
