Shipping Info

Typically, orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days, as long as we have the size in stock. During peak seasons or sales, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Once your item has shipped, the normal timeline for delivery is 5-8 business days* (sometimes sooner). If you would prefer quicker delivery timelines, we also offer expedited shipping ($12-$60) which will provide delivery timelines within 2-3 days*. Shipping options are available during checkout.

Fantastic Customer service

I was very pleased with the Warranty. I originally received my stacker set December 31st. It wasn't until the middle of Feb that I realized there was a defect in the ring. I added a picture to my email and customer service immediately went into action when they opened up for business hours. They ensured that the sizing and fit were still good and immediately sent me a replacement ring at no charge. All I have to do is send back the defective ring and that was covered as well!
