Warranty

All rings come with a 45-day warranty for any manufacturing defects, and we will replace or repair your ring for FREE if there have been no changes made to the ring, which would void the warranty.

If damage occurs to the ring and it is deemed to be a structural issue and there has been no damage caused by the customer, the artisan will repair the ring and the customer will only pay for shipping.

After First 45-Days Through Year Three

Your warranty overs repolishing, chips, and/or rebuilding the outside edges protective barrier. Upon receipt of the damaged ring, we will determine the severity of the damage and begin production of your new ring right away. In most cases, these rings can be repaired.

Repair or Replacement costs:

25% of the total price of the ring if ring is repairable + taxes and shipping
50% of the total price of the ring of the ring if it is not able to be repaired and must be remade + taxes and shipping

Antler Inlay Repair or Replacement costs:

If your antler inlay, and/or resin coating is damaged or broken after 45 days, but within one year from the date of purchase, we will replace your ring for 1/2 the cost of the ring, plus taxes and shipping.

Exclusions: The Made to Order Warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain, scratches or damage incurred due to abuse or normal wear and tear, abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, negligence, use contrary to care instructions, or loss of the ring. Alternative metal rings are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Gold or color plating will wear over time but will wear faster if exposed to harsh chemicals including hand sanitizer.

Note: Final Sale items and freebie/promotional items are not eligible for warranty coverage. Some exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis. We do reserve the right to void the warranty if a customer is abusing the warranty or rings, as set forth in the exceptions.

Shipping Info

Typically, orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days, as long as we have the size in stock. During peak seasons or sales, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Once your item has shipped, the normal timeline for delivery is 5-8 business days* (sometimes sooner). If you would prefer quicker delivery timelines, we also offer expedited shipping ($12-$60) which will provide delivery timelines within 2-3 days*. Shipping options are available during checkout.
