After your order is placed, you will be shipped a ring sizer. Once you receive the ring sizer and choose the size you’d like to proceed with, email madetoorder@antlerrings.com with your order number and selected size. Once the size confirmation email has been received, your order will put into production to set your stone. As soon as your stone is set we will ship out your ring.

Some sizes we have in stock and are ready to ship. If not this process will take 1-2 weeks after size confirmation.

Each Diamond Engagement Ring includes a complimentary ring sizer to confirm your size before we ship your ring. Due to the antler inlay, these rings cannot be resized. Size exchanges involve remounting your existing diamond into a new setting.

Ring Size Exchange Policy 

Each Diamond Engagement Ring includes a complimentary ring sizer to confirm your size before we ship your ring. Due to the antler inlay, these rings cannot be resized. Size exchanges involve remounting your existing diamond into a new setting.

Size Exchange Terms: 

• Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery 
• Rings must be in unworn condition 
• A $500 Size Exchange Fee applies 
• If signs of wear are found, a $175 Sign of Wear Fee will be charged 
• Customers will receive the same diamond in a brand-new mount 
• Customer is responsible for shipping the ring back to Antler Rings 
• Antler Rings is not liable for packages lost in transit 
• Please allow up to 12 weeks for the new size if we are out of stock 
• A second size exchange, if needed, follows the same process and must be requested within the same 30-day period

Please note that ring size exchanges do take up to two weeks or more if we are out of stock. You will receive a new mount since the antler inlay cannot be resized although the diamond will be the same.

We offer a 30-Day Return or Exchange Period from the delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange: 

• The ring must be in new and unworn condition 
• You must return the Certificate of Authenticity that was shipped with your ring 
• The original Antler Rings box and ring care pack must also be included 

If these conditions are not met, your return may be denied or subject to additional fees.

Returns: Returns will incur a $100 restocking and shipping fee. All items are inspected upon return.

Once you confirm your ring size after receiving your Antler Rings ring sizer, our jeweler will set your Certified stone. Some sizes are already set and ready to ship, if not your ring will ship 1-2 weeks after confirmed.

All diamond shipping methods do require an adult signature.
