Perfect Gift!

I bought this as a Valentine's day gift for my boyfriend. When I received it, the antler part was pulling away from the knife. I messaged customer service via email, and sent pictures and they replied quickly and sent me a new one.

My boyfriend loves it. Says its a really good quality blade.
