After placing your order, you will receive a complimentary ring sizer to ensure the perfect fit.

Once your ring sizer arrives:

1. Select your preferred size
2. Email madetoorder@antlerrings.com with your order number and confirmed size

After we receive your size confirmation, your ring will move into production where your diamond is carefully set.

• Timeline: From the date of size confirmation your ring will take 8-10 weeks for production.

Once complete, your ring will be shipped to you using UPS Overnight with a required signature.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty 

We offer a Lifetime Warranty covering any inherent flaws in materials or artisanal work for the original purchaser of our Platinum Antler Inlay Diamond Collection rings. This protection is active from the moment your handcrafted ring arrives.
 

What’s Covered 

• Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship  
• Stone security issues caused by craftsmanship errors  
• Structural integrity of the ring setting  

What’s Not Covered 

• Loss, theft, or disappearance of the ring or center stone  
• Damage from misuse, impact, or improper care  
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration)  
• Chemical exposure (perfumes, cleaners, chlorine, etc.)  
• Repairs or resizing completed by a third-party jeweler (voids warranty)

To help ensure the best fit possible, we provide a complimentary ring sizer before production begins. This step helps us create your ring to your confirmed specifications. 

Resizing after delivery 

• $500 Resize fee
• Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery 
• Rings must be in unworn condition 
• Must be completed by Antler Rings to maintain warranty  
• 2 week turnaround time frame depending if new size is in stock
• Third-party resizing voids warranty 

Due to the antler inlay, these rings cannot be resized. Size exchanges involve remounting your existing diamond into a new setting. Please note that ring size exchanges do take up to two weeks or more if we are out of stock.

Terms:  

• If signs of wear are found, a $175 Sign of Wear Fee will be charged  
• Customer is responsible for shipping the ring back to Antler Rings 
• Antler Rings is not liable for packages lost in transit 

At Antler Rings, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely pleased with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for your peace of mind.    

30-Day Return Policy 

• Eligible within 30 days of delivery  
• The ring must be in original, unworn condition, with no signs of wear, resizing, or alteration. 
• $100 restocking fee + shipping applies 

To qualify, you must include: 

• IGI Diamonds Certification card(s) 
• Original ring box (Antler Rings Lux LED box)  
• All original packaging  

Missing items may result in additional fees or denial of the return. 

Your diamond ring will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air with a required signature, providing an added layer of protection and ensuring secure delivery.

If the IGI card is lost or stolen and you need to order a replacement, a duplicate report can be requested directly through IGI here.

We recommend using the “Verify Report” section on IGI’s website before requesting the new report here . This will help ensure that the IGI number entered on the “Duplicate / Report Updates” window is correct. 

If unsure about the Report Number, contact us and we can help retrieve that information, or bring the ring to a jeweler to obtain the serial number from the stone.
