TIMELINE FOR PRODUCTION

8-10 weeks for the ring to be completed

If you are needing your ring expeditiously, please Contact Us and we would be happy to help assist with this.

Our jewelry is made to the highest standards using quality materials and expert craftsmanship. Any jewelry that fails to meet our standards of excellence will be replaced under our warranty. If your ring cracks or breaks from accidental damage, it will be replaced under our warranty terms. 

This is highly unlikely, but if by chance more than 45 days (from date of receipt) your deer antler inlay and/ or resin coating is damaged or cracked, we truly offer you peace of mind, and do our best to give all that we can to keep you as a happy customer! If your deer antler inlay, wood, and/or resin coating is damaged or broken after 45 days, but within 1 year from the date of purchase, we will replace your ring (with a BRAND NEW ONE) for only $375, plus taxes and 
shipping. 

**Any third party alterations to the ring, except for engraving, will void the warranty. We will replace the ring only. Any engraving or custom work will have to 
be redone, at the customer's expense.

**Warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches, as rings are scratch resistant, not scratch proof. AntlerRings.com is not responsible for any sentimental value of the original jewelry. Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility after the original purchase.

It is a required step that we will ship all customers a ring sizer prior to starting their ring(s) into production. These rings are custom made and normally require an 8-10 week lead time, but these can take longer. Please plan extra time accordingly. 

Once your ring has finished production, the normal timeline for delivery once the ring is shipped, is 5-8 business days (often sooner). If you would prefer quicker delivery timelines, we do also offer expedited shipping ($12-$60) which will guarantee delivery within 2-3 days or sooner. Shipping options are available during checkout.
