Broken ring

My daughter bought this ring for her soon to be husband. He wore it for about two weeks. While tying his work boots it snapped in one area. Although this ring is beautiful and light weight it is not durable. The customer service representative Armando has been absolutely fabulous!! I sent in an email with the picture and they already have a new ring being sent out within a day! Although I can’t give this ring a full 5 stars. Armando deserves 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
