Gorgeous Ring
It's an absolutely gorgeous ring! It does look like the picture, but there is some variation in the antler simply because it's a natural thing. We did have to exchange it for size, but the exchange process so far has been simple. Just waiting for the replacement to arrive!

Nice ring
I like this ring- though was a bit disappointed that only lighter "grain" was available, and none that were nice and dark like the one on the website photo. They did allow me to exchange the original one sent for the darkest they had in stock, but it was still very light in color compared to the one shown. I do understand, of course, that all antlers are different, so that certainly isn't their fault! The outside edges of the ring metal are also a bit rough/sharp. I don't think it will affect how it feels on the finger, but isn't smooth to touch. I also couldn't tell from the photo that there is a shiny laquer coating of some type over the antler material.
Customer service is good and they are very responsive and prompt with resolution of requests.
